Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped by Australia Post and are normally processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation e-mail. (excluding weekends and holidays)
You will receive another confirmation once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates:
Domestic Shipping
Orders are shipped with 2-8 day standard post with tracking. Express Post can be selected at checkout for an additional cost.
We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more, and weighing less than 5kg.
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping:
We currently do not offer International shipping at the present time.
How do I check the status of my Order?
When your order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check it’s status.
Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available
JUQE YOGA is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by Australia Post or other third parties. However for domestic orders please contact us at support@juqeyoga.com if you don’t receive your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation . Please state your name and your order number and we will look into it for you.
Refunds Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after the delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@juqeyoga.com
Please include:
Your name
Order Number
Full shipping address
Photos of the defect or damage.
Returns will be addressed on a case by case basis and a member of our team will be in touch to assist.

Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method and should be expected to be credited to the purchasers account within 7-10 business days of the item being received back into the JUQE YOGA warehouse.
At JUQE YOGA we pride ourselves in customer service and our products are checked at every stage of the design and production process. We will replace any defective products, however please note this does not include general wear and tear or damage incurred due to lack of adherence to the care instructions.
